What an Exit feels like

Updated: Jan 31, 2019

Shira Salzer, resident of Yeroham, wife, mother of 6, ENTREPRENEUR!

Shira Salzer and her husband David, are the proud founders of Cambium - the first development company located in the Negev oasis which is Yeroham. Eight years later, Cambium got its big break and was sold to the Matrix Group.

In an interview with Shira, she is telling us what the day after the exit looks like.

(Translated from Hebrew):

"We haven't changed, we're still the same people"

-Have you renovated the house?

"No"

-Did you take your kids abroad?

"No"

-Are you buying a sports car?"

"Absolutely no"

-Not even a Jeep?

"No"

-How about a modest vacation in Israel?

"Not yet, but we will"

Its southern location haven't stopped Cambium from finding their way into the high-tech arena. Moreover, its employees - residents of Yeroham, Dimona, Beer-Sheva, Netivot and even Pitchat Nitzana - enjoy the same conditions as their peers in the center of the country (minus the traffic).

For Shira and David, moving is definitely out of the question. Would you move away from a town which (literally) engraved your company's name on its time line?

So apparently, you don't need a passport to visit Yeroham, it's right here in our back yard and it's thriving!
